I love doing demonstrations and talks as they give me a chance to share recipes and food stories on a more personal level. These can be organised to suit different themes and events. Please email info@clodaghmckenna.com for further details.

I have demonstrated and talked at many events including Taste of Dublin and Edinburgh, Aga Stores, Tourism Ireland Annual Conference, Selfridges Celebration on Irish Food, The Dingle Food and Wine Festival, and The Harvest Feast to name a few.

Féile Bia na Mara, 9th - 13th July

Féile Bia na Mara celebrates Achill Island's maritime culture and the rich harvest of its Atlantic waters. From angling competitions to boat trips to seafood recipe competitions. ROSCOMMON LAMB FESTIVAL

Friday, 1 May @ 8:00pm, Roscommon Town

Running from Wednesday, 29th April thru Sunday, 3 May – this festival has something for everyone. From fashion shows to cookery demonstrations to barbeques – this is one festival you will not want to miss. I will be opening the Farmer’s Market on Friday morning and will be hosting a demonstration on Friday evening in the Festival Marquee in the Market Square. TERRA MADRE IRELAND, Waterford, Ireland

Terra Madre Ireland is a festival aiming at bringing together producers, farmers, general public, food writers, and food authorities from all around Ireland.
The main event is a conference of workshops, where the concerns of various food communities and their vision for the future will be debated. Around the main conference will be a full programme of food-related events in Waterford city and its environs, including a garden banquet, tours of artisan food producers in neighbouring counties, cookery demonstrations, food tastings, competitions and a huge farmer's market.
