FOODISCOVERY – MISSION STATEMENT
At Foodiscovery we believe that good food should be available to everyone. The aim of our workshops and website directory is to re-connect consumers with the wonderful variety of foods that they can source locally and internationally. The faces behind Foodiscovery are: Clodagh Mckenna, Sebastiano Sardo, Anya Fernald, Renato Sardo. Collectively we have experience in producing food; writing about food; selling food; setting up farmers markets, working with and developing producers and consulting with supermarkets.
Our workshops are open to anyone with an interest in good food; whether you are a complete novice in the food world or an epicurean expert, you are equally welcome. Each workshop is hosted by a member of the Foodiscovery team and presented by the Producer or expert in the field. We encourage questions, participation and of course tasting!
