Yes it's the begining of the Wild Garlic season, my favourite ingredient to forage, so this weekend get your wellies on, grab a bag and scissors and get out there and gether lots of this wonderful ingredient to whip up delicious things in your kitchen :) I've written up a blog on all you need to know about wild garlic and some great recipes. Yesterday I cooked our annual St Patricks lunch in Fortnum and Mason, London. I've shared the menu and pictures of the dishes here. It makes me so happy to cook Irish contemporary dishes, and watch peoples reactions to the food.
I'm back to New York next week, I will be cooking a gorgeous easy supper, Lemon Chilli Prawn Linguini, that you can make in 20 minutes on NBC Today Show on Friday 31st March. I will share the recipe next week. And don't forget every Monday I share an easy one pot supper on my instagram!
