PUBLICATIONS

The Irish Farmers Market Cook Book was the first Cook Book that I have written and is published by Harper Collins in November 2006 and I am very proud to say became a best seller in Ireland! It features over 100 recipes that range from new takes on traditional Irish favourites to dishes with more Mediterranean flavours from my travels but all focused on using seasonal and local ingredients. It also includes a guide to the best farmers' markets in each region of Ireland, with profiles of some of the farmers and producers bringing their food sensations to market. I am hoping this book will encourage everyone to shop at Farmers Markets and those that already do this is a helping hand on coming up with lots of great idea’s on what to cook with the ingredients.
My book is available in all good book shops or else through www.amazon.co.uk and www.amazon.com

I write a weekly column for The Irish Examiner that focuses on where I have been and what producers I have visited accompanied by 2 or 3 fabulous recipes to inspire your weekend cooking! There is also an ‘In season’ to guide you on your shopping trip and a ‘can’t live without’ which is usually either a fabulous book, product, restaurant or festival that has excited me! So don’t forget to buy your copy every Saturday.

Every fortnight I write a column for the Mail on Sunday, picking a different ingredient and discussing how best to cook with it, the nutritional content and of course an irresistible recipe. Through this column I also answer all your questions so make sure to look out for it!
