In this tasty new series, the emphasis is on food from the sea as I travel from Donegal to Waterford and from Galway to Dublin to meet some of the fishermen, fish farmers and fish processors who are responsible for producing some of the most highly-prized seafood in the world.

I am delighted to announce that my first series of Fresh from the Farmes Markets will be airing on UKTV Food on Tuesday, 6th of May at 6:00am and again at 4:30pm.

Come and join me as I travel throughout Ireland meeting some of the very best producers and markets the country has to offer.  I'll be cooking up fanstastic dishes using the ingredients I've found in the local markets.
