Shipping & Deliveries

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items dispatch within 24 hours of ordering. However, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Your delivery address must be a location where there is someone to receive the parcel during working hours – Monday to Friday.

A signature has to be obtained by the courier to confirm safe delivery. Where either a delivery date or a date for picking up a Returned Product has been agreed between you and our carrier but you are not present to receive the delivery or provide the Returned Product, we reserve the right to charge you for any further delivery or return costs.

Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. Should there be any delay you will be alerted by E-mail or phone within 48 hours or sooner if possible.

Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond the control of Clodagh Range Ltd. (including, for example, interruptions of transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

Returns & Exchanges

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. Any returns must be agreed with us prior to your shipping it back and must reach us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at sales@clodaghmckenna.com giving the order reference and the reason for the return and we will respond promptly. If you wish to exchange a product and the new product you require costs less than the one you have returned (in perfect condition and in its original packaging), we will refund you the difference. If the new product you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment is needed before the replacement product is dispatched. All shipment charges will also be for the customers account. On the basis that the product is returned to us in perfect condition and in it’s the original packaging within 7 days of delivery, we will refund you the money which you originally paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods and the original postage.

Faulty Goods

Any faulty product, breakages or damage must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at sales@clodaghmckenna.com to inform us. If you return a product to us which is either faulty, damaged in delivery or which you did not order or for any other reason which was reported to us as required above, and which can be shown to be our fault, we will arrange a refund or replacement and a refund to you the cost of the return shipment, by agreed method. Replacement items will be sent to you free of shipping charge.

Gift refunds

Refunds for a product bought as a gift can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange a product, it must be returned with our agreement. The product must be returned with the original invoice which was included with the product when it was dispatched, writing on the back the reason for your return.

Refund process

With all returns you will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. Returned items should be sent to: Clodagh Range Ltd, Monvana., Kilrush, Co Clare, Ireland. Subject to the terms above, your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
