Doonbeg Seafood Festival, 16th - 19th July Doonbeg, Co. Clare
For any fish lover this is going to be a festival worth travelling for. Local fishermen will be setting up stalls to sell their freshly caught fish; local pubs and restaurants will be serving up their best fish dishes; boat trips are being organised; and of course lots of cookery demonstrations including a few from me.
