Irish Old Fashioned
Makes 1
INGREDIENTS
1 slice of orange
1 maraschino cherry
½ tsp of sugar
crushed ice
2 ozs Irish whiskey
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
METHOD
1. Place the 1/2 teaspoon of sugarin a glass and stir in 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and a splash of water and mix well, making sure to crush the sugar.
2. Next add in some crushed ice and the Irish whiskey, cherries and one slice of orange.
3. Mix well and serve.
