A cosy warming un-rushed day to immerse yourself in delicious French Winter Bistro Cooking. Learn how to make a slow braised Boeuf Bourguignon, Gratin Dauphinoise, French Onion Soup, and a Tart Tatin. Followed by delicious Champagne and Canapes, and a relaxed 3 course lunch with wines. You’ll watch each course come together, with plenty of time for questions, hosting tips and styling ideas so you leave feeling completely confident to recreate the menu at home! This is an intimate day for just six guests, set around my kitchen and dining table, with printed recipes to take away.
What to Expect:
Warm Welcome: Start the day with freshly brewed coffee and a homemade treat straight from Clodagh’s oven.
Live Cookery Demonstration: Sit back and watch as Clodagh shares her tips, techniques, and stories while preparing a beautiful seasonal lunch.
Champagne & Lunch: After the demo, enjoy a glass of Champagne and some canapés before sitting down to the meal Clodagh has just created, served with expertly paired wines at her dining table.
Take-Home Recipe Pack: You'll leave with a recipe booklet featuring all the dishes from the day, so you can recreate the magic at home.
