Espresso Cream Martini

Makes 1

Ingredients:

30ml vodka

30ml chilled espresso coffee

15ml Baileys cream liquor

10g chocolate, for garnish

2 coffee beans, for garnish

ice cubes

Method:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Pour in the vodka, espresso and cream liquor into the shaker.

Cover and shake well.

Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with grated chocolate and coffee beans.
