Gut Healing Juice

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:

3 carrots

1 apple

½ beetroot

1 cucumber

1 lemon, peeled

2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar

3-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

1 stalk of celery

METHOD:

IF USING JUICER: Just pass all the ingredients through the juicer.

IF USING A BLENDER: Add water (approx. 100ml) as this will help it blend. Then strain through a sieve.

FOR STORING: Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator up to 24 hours (though best when fresh).

LEFTOVER PULP: You can compost any leftover pulp or freeze into an ice cube try and add to future smoothies.
