Gut Glow Up Juice
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
3 carrots
1 apple
1 cooked beetroot
1 cucumber
1 lemon
1 stalk of celery
3-inch piece of fresh ginger
3-inch piece of fresh turmeric
Twist of black pepper
METHOD:
IF USING JUICER: Just pass all the ingredients through the juicer.
IF USING A BLENDER: Add water (approx. 100ml) as this will help it
blend. Then strain through a sieve.
FOR SERVING: Pour into a glass (I like to serve with ice)
FOR STORING: Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator up to 24
hours (though best when fresh).
