Strawberry Syrup

Makes 300ml

INGREDIENTS:

400g fresh strawberries

200g granulated sugar

200ml water

6 geranium leaves

METHOD:

To make the strawberry syrup, combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes then blend with a hand blender until smooth. Allow to cool completely. Store in the fridge, will last for 2 weeks.
